Feasibility Planning is ideal for clients who would like to quickly explore what they could do with the floor plan before purchasing a property. 

For example, 

- If you would like to reconfigure the floor plan to have an addition bedroom or bathroom,

- Or how to make the spaces fit for your situation.

This service is a quick and cost effective method of designing without going through the process of architectural drafting. Which typically takes weeks in design discussions and tens of thousands of dollars.

It includes a sketch floor plan and 3D model, so you can walk through the potential space.

Turnaround for this service is within a week.

You can view before and after floor plan samples of this service in the gallery. 

To start the journey, we need to understand your needs and what you wish to accomplish. 

At this stage we would discuss with you ideas of what the project will become. Gather as much information as possible, ie. design preferences, size and budget.

If you had engaged other architects/building designers, we would request all DWG files.

This stage is where ATDC Consultancy will issue a sketch design of the floor plan layout and gather facade ideas before continuing the preparations for DA or CDC documentation. 

This will be 2 weeks after initial consultation.

This service is also for clients who have existing designs from previously engaged architects/building designers who wish to change the layout of the project.

For this we request clients have all DWG files from previously engaged architects/building designers.

ATDC Consultancy will provide:

1 x CAD file floor plan

1. Draft floor plan will be completed 2 weeks after receiving CAD files.
2. 1 week to submit feedback.
3. Final floor plan will be issued.

Pricing is subject to project size. 

This stage is for design documentation works, 

Development Application - DA  and 

Certificate of Design Compliance - CDC.

Pricing is subject to project size.

ATDC Consultancy will issue PDF, DWG and IFC files.

This service only applies for project that have received approvals for DA works.

This stage is for construction certificate works. 

Pricing is subject to project size.

ATDC Consultancy will issue PDF, DWG and IFC files.

This service is for clients who would like,

- a second opinion or 

- advice on design related matters or construction methodology.

ATDC Consultancy will not be issuing CAD files for consultancy services.
